Tom Andersen has over 15 years experience working around Medicare. His strong passion for helping people and guiding them through Medicare started at Producers America in Omaha, NE where he began working with clients over the phone.

Tom’s strong work ethic and caring attitude for clients was not only recognized and acknowledged in client feedback, it provided him the earned reputation as a desired team leader. Tom was asked to start up and build a new call center that connected clients with health products including Medicare supplements. After continued strong performance Tom was offered a VP role running multiple medical record retrieval call centers around the country.

In 2016, he was asked by Manhattan Life, one of the leading Medicare carriers, to start-up and manage a Medicare call center. With his deep understanding of Medicare and demonstrable quality leadership, Tom built an unparalleled Medicare resource. He and his team helped thousands of clients make informed decisions regarding their Medicare coverage.

In 2020, Tom joined Advisors Excel as their Medicare Partnership Program Manager and is making his expertise and guidance available to our clients. He looks forward to learning about you and how he can help guide you with your Medicare benefit.
